The magic ingredient in many of my baked items.  This particular brand seems to be aluminum-free.  At least it’s not listed in the ingredients, anyway.

One of the ceramic pots I built by hand many years ago when I had a minor in ceramics at two different schools.  At the time I had a fascination with hand building bowls with three feet.  Most resembled molars when held upside down.  My intention was to make bowls that fit into your hands comfortably.
